The environment needs to be as dust free as possible, because the furniture will
not be sanded again, and it’s important that dust not
get caught up in the top coat.
Final assembly
At this stage everything is brought together. Drawers are installed and
checked for alignment, doors mounted, knobs and other hardware
attached. Hardware packs are put together, where required, with care
taken not to leave anything out.
Final Quality control
If everything before it has been done properly, final quality control is
a routine procedure, a quick "once over" to check that everything is
perfect.
It is the final time that anyone will see the furniture before you
do, our last opportunity to make sure that you will be delighted with
what comes out of the box.
